Local pickup

Local pickup in East Vancouver, BC is available for every commission and is the default option. Pickup is arranged directly with Gordon once your piece is finished.

Shipping

Shipping outside of local pickup is available on request. Because every piece is one of a kind, shipping cost, carrier, and timeline are worked out with you individually when your commission is quoted — there's no fixed rate table, since a keychain and a crossbody bag don't ship the same way.

Processing time

Build time depends on the piece and what's already queued on the bench. You'll get a real timeline when your commission is quoted — not a generic countdown. Shipping time is separate from build time and depends on the carrier and destination agreed on at quote stage.

Damaged in transit

If a shipped piece arrives damaged, contact info@rogueartisan.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. This will be sorted out directly — see the refund policy for how that's handled.
