Rogue Artisan (operated by Gordon Mielke, East Vancouver, BC) is a small, one-person business. This page explains, plainly, what information this site collects and what happens to it.

What's collected

The only personal information collected through this site is what you submit yourself, through the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. Nothing is collected automatically — this site does not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

How the contact form works

Contact form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party email-relay service, directly to info@rogueartisan.ca. FormSubmit processes the form data solely to deliver it as an email — see FormSubmit's own privacy policy for how they handle that transmission. Rogue Artisan does not use FormSubmit for marketing or store your message anywhere beyond that email.

How it's used

Information you submit is used only to respond to your inquiry or commission request. It isn't sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond the conversation you started.

Email replies

If you email info@rogueartisan.ca directly or message @rogue_artisan on Instagram, that exchange is governed by your email provider's and Instagram/Meta's own privacy policies for the portion of the conversation that happens on their platform.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time by emailing info@rogueartisan.ca.

Changes

If what this site collects or how it's used changes, this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date above.
